You’re going to love this Lake Wilderness Lodge wedding! Located less than one hour south of Seattle, Lake Wilderness Lodge is owned and operated by the City of Maple Valley. The Lodge was built in the 1950’s, winning architectural awards at the time. It has three stories, all with stunning views of Mount Rainier and Lake Wilderness. This beautiful venue can host an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception with up to 250 guests, making it a perfect space for larger gatherings. 

Our talented photographers captured the beautiful surroundings and the unique structure of the Lodge. The bride and groom got ready at the venue before doing a first look outside. William’s reaction to seeing Shannon in her dress for the first time was one of our favorite moments! We also love their romantic photos during golden hour, with the sun sparkling behind them. You could truly feel how special this day was for them both, and how much love went in to planning it. The ceremony was outdoors, facing Lake Wilderness. Afterward, guests made their way to the Lodge for the reception. The day was a huge success and we are so thankful to have been a part of it!
