We’re excited to share Merika and Esther’s at-sea Hornblower Cruises Wedding!

Hornblower Cruises, a San Francisco-based charter yacht, offers dining cruises and venues for weddings and receptions. Their yacht boasts indoor and outdoor spaces, providing couples with versatile celebration options. Aokash Chand, the wedding planner, ensured the brides’ vision for their special day was realized, with red as the featured color.

Both brides opted for red attire, complemented by hair styling from LocsbyErika and makeup by Alicia Lau of LeeCe Stylz. One bride wore red eyeliner and gemstones, while the other wore red eyeshadow and a matching lip paired with red accessories.

The bridal suits came from Klein, Epstein, and Parker, which are known for their custom suits and are featured on RuPaul’s Drag Race. Dark Garden provided the stunning bridal corset, accompanied by a red bouquet arranged by Mari Rose.

Their ceremony, set on a red carpet to echo the nautical theme, saw the brides walk barefoot with red nail polish on their hands and feet. After exchanging vows, they symbolically poured red, black, and white sand into a heart-shaped bottle and jumped over a broomstick.

Hornblower provided a delectable buffet for the reception, while Timeless Bakery in Oakland supplied their plant-based desserts, catering to vegan preferences. Amidst toasts, smiles, and laughter, the celebration continued.

Opting for two cakes, the brides chose a two-tiered chocolate and white cake, both adorned with elegant gold leafing. After the festivities, they departed in a white stretch limousine, ending their memorable day in style.
