We are excited to share Eunice and Devin’s beautiful Alameda Church Wedding! They got married at the First Presbyterian Church, which is located about half an hour from the San Francisco airport. First Presbyterian Church of Almeda is a striking wedding venue. The high ceilings, impressive pipe organ, tall white pillars, and painted glass windows are absolutely stunning.

Our Sound Originals photographers started their time with Eunice and Devin by capturing the wonderful details of their special day. Then, we caught up with the couple as their friends and family helped them prepare. Once Eunice’s mom secured her veil, and Devin’s groomsmen pinned his boutonniere, it was time for their first look. We excitedly captured the precious moments Devin patiently waited for Eunice to approach him. Their love for each other was unmistakable the moment we met them. We are so grateful we got to photograph their fairytale portraits in front of a pristine pond and perfectly manicured greenery. Finally, we made our way to the church for their ceremony.

The bride and groom received one final blessing from their friends and family before making their way down the aisle. Once they exchanged rings and the officiant pronounced them husband and wife, their guests burst into fantastic cheers and excitement. Then, everyone shared a wonderful meal and celebrated the newlyweds with heartfelt speeches.

Sunnyvale City Hall Marriage

To have your wedding at Sunnyvale City Hall, you must first obtain your marriage license. You and your potential spouse must apply at the Santa Clara County Clerk-Recorder’s office. Once the license is issued, you have 90 days to get married. Then, you can choose between a Zoom or in-person ceremony. If you decide to do a Zoom ceremony, you must make an appointment. In addition, at least one person getting married must be a resident of Santa Clara County, and both people must be in California at the time of the Zoom call. No appointment is necessary if you choose to do an in-person ceremony; however, expect long wait times.
