For example, a 40′ x 14′ sailboat would cost approximately $435.20 per month. Boathouse rates are similarly calculated, with a 50′ x 15′ boathouse costing around $510.00 monthly. These rates offer great value compared to other marinas. If moorage isn’t available, you can join the waiting list. Boathouses, owned by members, are also up for sale.
