Samantha and Joseph’s breathtaking Woodmark Hotel wedding stole our hearts! The duo tied the knot at one of our favorite and most beautiful waterfront wedding venues in the greater Seattle area. 

Woodmark Hotel is a jewel of Kirkland, sitting on the shores of Lake Washington. This picturesque wedding venue features stunning views of the Olympic Mountains and Lake Washington. Woodmark Hotel is best known for its scenic location, dedicated staff, delicious cuisine, and luxury accommodations. That’s why our adorable couple chose this dreamy PNW location to make their waterfront wedding dream come true. Lauren Jensen from Gather Well Events was their wedding planner who brilliantly managed everything and ensured the day went perfectly. 

The wedding day started with capturing getting ready photos in the hotel. Samantha’s lace gown from Bellevue Bridal was a masterpiece that hung on her perfectly. The artistic team at Pacific Brides did her hair and makeup, completing her gorgeous bridal look. While Joseph looked equally stunning in a blue suit with a soft pink tie. Next, Samantha and Joseph had a lovely lakeside wedding ceremony in the Olympic Terrace Tent. Glowing crystal chandeliers and white fabric-draped ceilings in the tent, along with captivating backdrops, made it more elegant. 

Following the ceremony, we captured loads of romantic portraits of newlyweds against all the stunning backdrops: gorgeous skyline, Olympic Mountains, and scenic Lake. The couple also enjoyed the Woodmark boat cruise around Lake Washington. After doing all the portraits, we moved to the tent for the reception, which was also a waterfront affair. Every wedding detail was flawless, from the table settings and exquisite flowers provided by Poppy Flowers to the decor and all the elegant event arrangements. 

All the guests enjoyed excellent dining amid captivating scenery. What’s more? Jaw-dropping cake! The delightful three-tier wedding cake with edible flowers on it made by Honey Crumb Studio stole the show and satisfied everyone’s sweet tooth. Afterward, everyone moved to Lake Washington Ballroom for dancing the night away. Sounds Unlimited set the tone with their infectious beats and lively energy and turned the ordinary party into extraordinary!
