Sarah and Ryan’s lovely Willows Lodge Wedding was the perfect mix of romance and fun. 

Willows Lodge in Woodinville, Washington, is an elegant indoor-outdoor wedding venue ideal for large banquets and intimate micro-weddings.  Their beautiful copper-roofed, open-air Garden Gazebo is the perfect setting for your special day!  After your ceremony, entertain your guests with tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, beverage service, and lawn games while you finish taking pictures with your loved ones.  Finally, end the night in the Sammamish Ballroom adorned with rustic wood beams and a warm, neutral color scheme.

Sound Originals began their day with Sarah and Ryan by capturing their thoughtful details.  Their Willows Lodge wedding planner, Allison Wells, did an outstanding job making every small element perfect.  Next, we were off to see the bride and groom.  We found Sarah getting dressed in the Burke Room and raising a toast with her bridesmaids.  Meanwhile, we caught up with Ryan getting ready with his groomsmen in one of the included hotel rooms.  We were thrilled to capture these precious moments before the wedding.  Once the couple was picture-perfect, it was time for the first look.  Ryan’s nervous smile immediately turned into a heartwarming ear-to-ear grin the moment he saw his glowing bride.  The lush gardens surrounding the Willows Lodge perfectly highlighted the couple’s natural beauty.  After photographing their stunning portraits, we were off to the ceremony.

The beautiful fall-colored bridesmaid dresses and gorgeous floral arrangements designed by Melanie Benson Floral, complimented the Garden Gazebo flawlessly.  We could not snap enough photos of this stunning ceremony. The music by Julian Catford, really set the tone for a romantic evening. Finally, it was time for the reception.  Sarah and Ryan had a cake cutting ceremony with their delicious cake from Seatown Sweets, and then danced the night away with their wonderful friends and family. Their incredible DJ from Groove on Hyde Street did a great job of getting the energy up and the party started!

Wedding packages at Willows Lodge cost $8,000-$25,500 plus tax. This cost depends on which package you choose, what day of the week you get married, what time of day your event takes place, and what month your wedding occurs. These costs include a $3,000-$8,000 facility fee, a $4,000-$14,000 food and beverage minimum, and a 25% service charge on all food and beverages. Willows Lodge and Barking Frog are here to make your day as stress-free and seamless as possible. Every package includes access to all three incredible locations, the Garden Gazebo, Sammamish Ballroom, and Patio & Foyer. You will also get the use of tables, chairs, a dance floor, table settings, help with setup and teardown, and much more. An excellent addition to hosting your wedding at Willows Lodge is the inclusion of your wedding night stay. Speak with their staff to make any customizations you or your guests may need.
