Julia and Felipe married at the stunning The Wayfarer in South Whidbey Island’s historic Bayview (Langley) area. The five-acre farm features lush greenery and natural tree canopies, ideal for ceremonies and receptions. Indoor options include a white-washed barn and cocktail barn for intimate weddings. Onsite bridal and groom’s cabins are available. Next, we caught up with the bride and groom as they readied themselves for their big day! Julia glowed in her stunning gown from Natasha’s Elegant Bridal, designed by Pronovias. The team at Beauty Lounge Langley and Marqui Artistry did a fantastic job with Julia’s hair and makeup, she looked incredible! With over 20 years of professional experience, Marqui specializes in Bridal Makeup, showcasing highly skilled expertise. Renowned for her attention to detail, she has earned over one hundred 5-star reviews and is celebrated for crafting uniquely beautiful, customized looks for each client. There is not a look that she can’t do!

Julia surprised Felipe with crab claw gloves during their first look. Our photographers captured romantic portraits amidst calm water and lush greenery. Felipe teared up as Julia walked gracefully down the aisle, and their heartfelt vows moved everyone present. Then, all the guests retreated to the farm tables under the tree canopy to enjoy a mouth-watering dinner provided by Serendipity Catering. Next, the couple carefully cut their beautiful cake made by Morfey’s Cake for dessert. Finally, everyone danced the night away outside of the barn.

After your ceremony, host your reception in their large barn, accommodating up to 200 guests. The original timber walls and wood floor make it the perfect place to dance the night away. You can get ready in their guest house, which can be rented for two nights and sleeps 12 people. More than just striking views and elegantly rustic structures, the Crockett Farm staff will ensure your wedding goes off seamlessly. Whidbey Island Weddings Cost

At Wayfarer on Whidbey Island, your wedding venue fee will be $6,500 plus tax on Fridays and Sundays and $8,000 plus tax on Saturdays. This cost includes access to their onsite bridal cottage and groom’s cabin. Your venue fee for a wedding at Crockett Farm ranges from $5,500-$8,000 plus tax depending on what month and day of the weekend you get married. For an additional fee of $1,750 plus tax, you can enjoy a two-night stay at their guesthouse located on the farm grounds.
