We are thrilled to share Coline and John’s enchanting The Lodge at St. Edward wedding!
The Lodge at St. Edward is set in the tranquil forest of St. Edward State Park on the Northeast shore of Lake Washington. This historic landmark is perfect for your quintessential Pacific Northwest wedding. Their many outdoor and indoor venues allow you to design the day of your dreams. Have your ceremony hidden in the trees at The Grotto before arriving in the Remington Ballroom to dance the night away. If you need some time to wind down before you retire to your room, enjoy a relaxing drink in The Tonsorium Bar.
Our photographers started their day by shooting the thoughtful details and stunning venue of this remarkable wedding. After capturing the gorgeous floral arrangements and beautiful architecture, we joined Coline and John as they readied themselves for their big day. Once picture-perfect, it was time for their first look. John eagerly waited for Coline at the end of the sun-drenched hallway. After he saw her, they were inseparable. Capturing this precious moment for a couple is one of our favorite things. Then, we took the couple’s gorgeous portraits in front of the historical building and lush greenery. When we finished, their guests were starting to arrive, and it was time for the ceremony.
Hidden in the forest under the natural canopy of mature trees, Coline and John exchanged rings and said their “I dos.” Then, their guests enjoyed a cocktail hour on the patio. During this time, the couple made it official and signed their marriage license. Afterward, Coline and John made their grand entrance into the Remington Ballroom to a room full of cheers and applause. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food cooked by The Lodge at St. Edward’s expert catering team before making heartfelt speeches and heading to the dance floor.
We are so grateful to have had the pleasure of capturing Coline and John’s magical day! We can’t wait for you to see their stunning photos below!
