The Cove Rental

When planning your event at The Cove in Washington, it’s important to be familiar with the following details to ensure a seamless experience. The basic and maximum rental period for all events is 5 hours. An overtime occupancy charge of 20% of the rental fee will be charged per hour. The Cove building, a non-smoking facility, can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Normandy Park Cove Membership

Become part of the vibrant Normandy Park Cove Membership by exercising your Lot A rights. As an individual owner listed on a land deed or as a land purchaser with community rights in Lot A, you can become a Club member by paying annual maintenance fees. At membership meetings, voting can be conducted by secret ballot upon request for any presented issue. Additionally, tenants or renters with Lot A rights can become non-voting members by paying annual maintenance fees and obtaining written authorization from the property owner. Rental property owners with Lot A rights can authorize Club membership for one family, regardless of the number of units owned.

Stewards of the Cove

Join the remarkable Stewards of the Cove program, initiated by the dedicated members of the Cove community. Every 2nd Saturday of the month, anyone can actively contribute as Stewards of the Cove. This vital role involves the preservation and protection of Miller and Walker Creeks, as well as the valuable restoration work accomplished by the esteemed Stream Team in 2004. Duties include removing invasive plants, nurturing newly planted plants during their critical first year, safeguarding salmon spawning areas, protecting streamside vegetation, and maintaining optimal water quality. Normandy Park Swim Club
