We’re very excited to share Jessica and Ahilan’s colorful The Club at Ruby Hill Wedding! Initially, Jessica and Ahilan sent out stunning invitations from Nalini & Co. Another important item needed to be selected- Jessica’s wedding dress! Next, Jessica selected a two-piece bridal gown from Winnie Couture. Uniquely, her wedding day look featured a lace, long-sleeved crop top with a flowing, layered skirt.   

Together, Jessica and Ahilan chose Hannah Anderson-Ryan as their wedding planner. Specifically, Hannah’s company, Sage Weddings & Events, ensured that all of the couple’s wedding day dreams came true. They plan destination and South Asian weddings frequently, and are based on the West Coast. They can plan multi-day and weekend weddings, like what they did for Jessica and Ahilan. Additionally, Lana Starr of Dream Flowers Studio curated the stunning floral arrangements and Jessica’s bridal bouquet. Correspondingly, Ahilan’s boutonniere matched the shades of pink and orange in the bouquet.     

Jessica’s hair and makeup, done by Triple Twist, featured elegantly pulled-back hair framing her face. Before the ceremony, she gifted Ahilan an Omega watch, which they exchanged between their Mehndi-adorned hands. During the ceremony, Ahilan stood under the pergolas as Jessica, in her veil, walked down the aisle. Surrounded by vibrant flowers and smiling faces, they exchanged vows and rings, sealing the ceremony with their first kiss as newlyweds. At the end, they joyously raised their arms to their wedding guests.

As the wedding guests settled in for the reception, they dined on catering from Ruby Hill. Finally, the newlyweds shared their first dance. Afterwards, they enjoyed desserts provided by Marley’s Treats. Also, there was a stunning cake from Cake Delight. Moreover, their mint green iced cake was decorated with gold leaf and orange and yellow flowers. Later on, the wedding party enjoyed the tunes of DJ Oras.

First off, The Club at Ruby Hill has an extensive document detailing the costs of a wedding. As expected, the lowest total cost would be for a midweek ceremony. In particular, for the midweek ceremony the facility fee is $1,500 and the food and beverage minimum is $5,000. Up next, Friday and Sunday ceremonies have a $4,000 facility fee. Additionally, the food and beverage minimum on Fridays and Sundays is $12,500. Lastly, the highest tier is a Saturday wedding which has a facility fee of $5,000 and the food and beverage requirement is $18,500.

Interestingly, golf lovers might be considering a membership at the Ruby Hill Golf Club. Specifically, there are a few different kinds of memberships to consider at Ruby Hill. As listed, there are Golf, Athletic, and Social membership options. Within the Golf membership there is even more breakdown of individual, corporate, and young professional membership options. Furthermore, to find out the prices of these memberships you’ll have to contact the Club directly to correspond with the sales team.

On Golf California’s website, you can find the pricing for a green fee. Both on weekdays and weekends it costs $110. Furthermore, Four Square details that the initiation fees start at $5,000. Conclusively, there is not a clear pricing schedule online.
