The Admiral’s House is an idyllic wedding venue that promises a breathtaking ceremony and elegant reception. It is located in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Chelsea looked ethereal in her elegant bridal gown. She is such a natural beauty, and her hair & makeup artist Leah Albo from Posh Styling enhanced her radiant beauty. Meanwhile, Drew looked timeless in a black tuxedo. They both are so adorable, and their love story is one for the books. After getting ready and reading the vows privately, the couple was ready to witness the most awaited moment of their lives. Chelsea and Drew had a lovely ceremony in the gorgeous garden where they promised each other a lifetime of love.

Following the beautiful garden ceremony, the guests were treated to a breathtaking waterfront reception where they dined, enjoyed, and danced. The florals and wedding design created by the team at Finn Events was a perfect balance of classic elegance and fresh contemporary elements. Guests dined on a delicious feast catered by Paella House, a Spanish restaurant. Afterward, delightful confectioneries served by Pure Bliss Desserts satisfied everyone’s sweet tooth in such a sweet celebration.  

Chic umbrellas, the canopy of string lights, unobstructed lake views at night, and lovely music played by the couple’s friend, DJ Alec, leveled up the wedding celebration.

The Admiral’s House Wedding Venue Cost

As per Wedding Spot, the venue’s rental fee ranges from $12,000 to $16,400 for a ceremony or reception. It includes only the venue and shuttle/valet service. You have to rent everything yourself, including tables, catering, linens, tents, and utensils. Moreover, there is a 10% tax on vendors you bring for your day, such as florists, photographers, etc. And the tax rate increases to 15% for non-preferred vendors. The Admiral’s House wedding venue is a bit costly compared to other outdoor Seattle wedding venues. Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is another popular and gorgeous Seattle wedding venue. The cost of throwing a wedding at this venue is $1,500 to $3,750 per event. The ceremony fee at the venue varies depending on the space you will reserve, the guest count, and the requested date. However, the venue offers three wedding packages: Silver, Gold, and Platinum for 20-75 people. The packages cost $195-249 per wedding and include alcohol. Additionally, there are 24% service charges.
