Silver Cloud Hotel at Point Ruston Waterfront is a gorgeous luxury hotel and wedding venue along the shoreline in Tacoma, Washington. The venue offers breathtaking views of the Puget Sound Waterfront, PNW greenery, and a stunning view of Mount Rainier. Selina and Chris opted for an indoor wedding at this luxurious and picturesque location. Selina and Chris both share their love and respect for their Chinese / American roots, and their Silver Cloud Point Ruston Wedding beautifully reflected this. They incorporated some beautiful Chinese wedding customs like gorgeous red dresses and a tea ceremony into their wedding.

We started the day capturing details and getting ready shots at the hotel. Selina and Chris honored tradition with a beautiful Chinese tea ceremony, known as “jing cha.” Following this, they changed into their American wedding attire. Selina stunned in a white gown, while Chris looked sharp in a black tux. Our photographers then captured stunning waterfront portraits of the couple.

Selina and Chris looked amazing together, and their energetic wedding party made every moment memorable. The ceremony backdrop of Puget Sound was breathtaking. After cocktails, they celebrated in the elegant Sterling Ballroom, enjoying dinner, speeches, and a romantic first dance. The evening ended with everyone hitting the dance floor and capturing unforgettable moments.
