Redmond Ridge Community and Event Center Wedding Rates

The beautiful venue offers competitive rental pricing and wedding packages. The wedding rates are different for members/residents and non-residents. Residents are people who contribute monthly assessments to the Redmond Ridge ROA. These people either reside in the Redmond Ridge ROA Community or own property there. For residents, the rental fee on the weekend is $1,050 for 6 hours, with $175 per additional hour. 

In addition, the venue rental fee for non-residents is $1,350 for 6 hours and $225/additional hour. Both packages offer access to the full facility and use of amenities. Moreover, the weekday rates are different. The rental fee on weekdays for residents is $330 for 3 hours and $450 for non-residents. Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a 55+ master-planned community located halfway between Redmond and Duvall in Washington.
