Maplehurst Farm is a picturesque wedding venue in Mount Vernon, WA. This gorgeous property sits in idyllic Skagit Valley, offering a scenic and peaceful location to host your events. Maplehurst Farm features vibrant green grounds, old-growth trees, a historic mansion, breathtaking views of Mount Baker, and more. As a result, the venue offers loads of stunning photographic backdrops. Elijah and Sarah chose this farm wedding venue for their romantic and unforgettable wedding day celebration in rustic chic settings. These two chose lovely details for the big day. Florals from Heather Top Floral were timeless and incredible. Most importantly, Whitley, a lead planner from Eastwood Events, helped make this wedding a success.

The morning started out with the couple and wedding party getting ready in on-site stylish dressing rooms. Sarah wore an exquisite wedding gown from David’s Bridal, one of the top wedding dress boutiques. Along with it, she wore white sneakers that looked so comfortable and chic with her gorgeous dress. Sarah’s wedding day makeup was beautifully done by Amy, and Jaymi Bivens styled her hair. After the two were ready, the couple decided to do a first look. Elijah and Sarah’s first look was filled with emotions and smiles.

Following a lovely first look, these two had a wedding photo session. Maplehurst Farm is gorgeous, with so many striking spots to take photos. Yellowish brown fall leaves of old-growth trees in the background made their portraits more aesthetic and stunning. Afterward, the wedding party joined us for photos. Then, it was time to tie the knot. The wedding ceremony took place in a rustic barn where the lovebirds said their vows, exchanged rings, and shared their first kiss as husband and wife. And then it was time for a reception party. The wedding reception details were created perfectly by all vendors. 

Elijah and Sarah were so happy celebrating with all their friends in a cozy barn. Catering from Shawn O’Donnell was divine and high-quality. Everyone loved the delicious dinner. Lilli Flood artfully created the two-tier wedding cake. The couple’s first dance in a woodsy barn under chandeliers and string lights was swoon-worthy and romantic. Lastly, the DJ, Mike Jenkins, set the mood with exciting tunes and a striking ambiance, and the dance party started. At the end of this lovely day, the couple made a grand sparkler exit.

The wedding at Maplehurst Farm costs from $3,250 to $5,750 per event. The rental cost includes 10 am-10 pm access to the entire farm, gardens, one-hour ceremony rehearsal, and also an event barn. However, the prices differ according to the month and day of the week. The event pricing in June through September on Fridays and Sundays is around $3,500 to $4,750. On Saturday, the event price is $5,500 to $5,750. These months come in the peak season, so the wedding prices are usually higher in these months. On the other hand, the pricing during the off-peak season from October to May ranges from $3,500 to $4,950.
