We are excited to share Cylena and Jesneil’s beautiful Lacamas Lake wedding! Lacamas Lake is in Camas, Washington, just north of the Oregon border. Their lakefront lodge with large windows, natural décor, and wood floors perfectly brings the outdoors inside. With stunning lake views, a dreamy dock out of a fairytale, and a lush forest surrounding this venue, our photographers had a wonderful time capturing Cylena and Jesniel’s fabulous portraits. While we waited for the guests to arrive, we were thrilled to photograph the beautiful details of this magnificent wedding. Once everyone took their seats, Cylena’s dad walked her down the aisle in her breathtaking long-sleeve, mermaid wedding gown. The couple exchanged their handwritten vows before officially being pronounced husband and wife. After they excitedly signed their wedding certificate, it was time to celebrate. 

Cylena and Jesneil cut their beautiful 3-tiered wedding cake and dashed off for a quick outfit change. Cylena emerged in a stunning deep red lehenga for the couple’s first dance. Then, they participated in a traditional Indian dance that got everyone up and on the dance floor.

Lacamas Lake Rentals

You can rent the Main Hall in the lodge at Lacamas Lake for $185 per hour if you are a non-resident and $148 per hour for Camas residents. This space can hold up to 168 guests, with tables and chairs provided. Enjoy their vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace, large windows, and attached deck with stunning views of the lake. There is a $500 refundable cleaning deposit and a $100 non-refundable alcohol fee if you choose to have beer and wine at your event. Two smaller meeting rooms are available for $35 per hour, Monday through Thursday. These rooms are included in weekend rentals of the Main Hall and are perfect for the changing rooms for the wedding party. Lacamas Lake Kayaking

Lacamas Lake is a popular site for water activities, including kayaking. The many no-wake zones are perfect for kayakers and stand up paddleboarders. Their dock makes loading and unloading your motorized and non-motorized watercraft easy. Check out Sweetwater SUP Rentals during the summer if you want to rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard. If you are sharing your water toys with friends and family, there is a rope swing, plenty of places to swim, and beautiful picnic areas to wait your turn.

Lacamas Lake Trail

Lacamas Lake Trail is an easy 7.1-mile out-and-back hike. With just over 200 feet of elevation gain, this trail is accessible for most ability levels. On your hike, you will enjoy beautiful views of Lacamas Lake and the homes along the shore. You can bring your dogs on a leash as most of the trail is spacious enough for comfortable passing. It gets quite busy in the evenings and on weekends, so try to come on a weekday morning for a relaxing walk. Many hikers have noted that the Lacamas Lake end of the trail is easier to find a parking spot than the Heritage Park end. For more information and to download a map, visit the All Trails website.
