Historic 1625 was originally built in the late 40’s. It was built as a Dodge truck dealership. The initial car showroom was situated in the current venue space and there were service bays down under where the Collector Car showroom is currently located. Over the years, many different car dealerships occupied the venue, with the very last running one being Osborne McCann Cadillac. A lot of visitors have shared stories of visiting Osborne McCann with their loved ones to buy a car.

In 2005, Historic 1625 owners purchased the building and journeyed on a multi-year remodel to change and update the structure into the amazing event venue it is today.
