Fairmont Olympic Wedding // Paul + Angelica

Weddings

We’re very excited to share Paul and Angelica’s sophisticated Fairmont Olympic Wedding!

Initially, Paul and Angelica decided on the Fairmont Olympic Hotel as their wedding venue. Of note, the Fairmont Olympic Hotel has been hosting weddings for over ninety-five years! Moreover, the hotel boasts that they deliver, “Perfection, down to the last detail.” As you can see from our photo gallery below, this is true. Throughout their wedding day, the couple celebrated with loved ones in a beautiful and elegant setting.

Next, within the hotel there are multiple spaces to choose from. Paul and Angelica chose The Garden, which features stunning Palladian windows. Unsurprisingly, the wall of windows lets in a generous amount of natural light. Another benefit of the Fairmont Olympic venue is that it has an extensive banquet menu. During the reception, guests dined on a three course meal.

While getting ready, Angelica put on her incredible gown. Noticeably, her wedding dress featured spaghetti straps, a plunging neckline, and a long train. Under a massive chandelier, Paul and Angelica shared their emotional first look. Both of them wiped away tears and embraced in a comforting hug.

Finally, it was time for their wedding ceremony. First, Paul made his way down the aisle to stand underneath their floral altar. Following Paul’s walk was a ring bearer and flower girl. At last, Angelica made her way down the rose-lined path. As part of their ceremony, the two stood close together and had a sheer lace fabric wrapped around them and connecting them. Also, they had a candle lighting ceremony. After they shared their vows and exchanged rings, they shared their first kiss as newlyweds.

Between their wedding ceremony and their reception, these two had an intimate champagne toast. Then they signed their marriage certificate. In the end, they made their big entrance into their reception. In detail, they had a live band perform music at their reception. After many heartfelt toasts from loved ones, the couple cut their cake. Interestingly, the four-tiered wedding cake was decorated with orchids and roses. Also, there were two separate cake flavors, pink champagne cake with raspberry buttercream filling and chocolate cake with coconut filling.

Once dessert has been shared amongst the guests, it was time for dancing. Paul and Anglica swayed to their favorite song. When they ended their dance, the party lights turned on and the rest of the wedding goers joined them on the dance floor.
