Come celebrate Hannah and James’ stunning Dockside at Duke’s wedding!

Located on the banks of South Lake Union, Dockside at Duke’s is an amazing event space perfectly designed for your special day. Their versatile floor plan can comfortably host an intimate wedding of 25 people or large weddings of more than 225 guests. Tie the knot on their spacious patio and then enjoy an artfully designed, delicious dinner with floor-to-ceiling windows in their dining room. Keep the party inside while dancing on their hardwood floors, or take it back to the patio under the twinkling lights. With a separate bridal suite, Dockside at Duke’s is the perfect venue for your wedding. 

Our Sound Originals photographers started their day by capturing the fun and thoughtful details of this beautiful wedding. Party Medics did a great job working with Hannah and James to plan their elegant ceremony and exciting reception. When the couple was picture-perfect, it was time for their first look. James patiently waited for Hannah on the dock overlooking the marina. Once he saw her, he did not take his eyes off her for the rest of the night. She was stunning in her satin wedding gown. We took their magnificent portraits against the sundrenched marina and gentle waves of South Lake Union. Then, it was time for them to say their “I dos.”

Hannah’s father proudly walked her down the aisle to James, who was eagerly waiting. After they exchanged rings and shared their first kiss as husband and wife, Hannah changed into a traditional hanbok. The couple honored her Korean roots and signified the importance of family by having a modernized paebaek ceremony with their parents. Once finished, they rejoined their guests for a lovely night of dinner and dancing. Duke’s delectable dinner and Morfey’s showstopping cake wowed everyone. Party Medics kept the party going with a playlist full of bangers.

Dockside at Duke’s Wedding Cost

Your wedding venue fee at Dockside at Duke’s will start at $3,000 during off-peak season and $4,500 during peak season. This cost includes indoor and outdoor spaces, a dressing room, and wireless internet. You will also have the use of their tables, chairs, table settings, and candles. Contact them through their website for information about their catering and personalized menus. 

Dockside at Duke’s Menu

Duke’s Seafood is the exclusive caterer for Dockside at Duke’s. Their founder, Duke Moscrip, and Executive Chef, “Wild” Bill Ranniger, proudly hand-select ingredients that are 100% sustainable. All their food is chemical-free, nitrite-free, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free. Their menu includes Wild Alaska Copper River Salmon, Wild Alaska Halibut, Australian Grass-Fed Beef, Penn Cove Mussels, Organic Free-Range Chicken, and much more. Dockside at Duke’s Parking

Located on the first floor of their South Lake Union building, Dockside at Duke’s and Duke’s Seafood share a parking lot. They have 60 dedicated self-park, paid stalls in front, plus back-in-angle city parking stalls along Fairview. Parallel paid city parking is available on Fairview Avenue North.
