Any Craven Farm wedding in Snohomish, Washington is an absolute delight.

Oana and Ruben celebrated their marriage at Craven Farm after their church ceremony at Holy Three Hierarchs Romanian Orthodox Church in Mountlake Terrace. Oana’s father was the visiting priest for the special day.

We adore Oana and Ruben’s story. They met in Borboun Street in New Orleans. Ruben was training to be a military pilot while Oana was in school to be a Physician’s Assistant. They kept in touch, visited each other, and eventually celebrated their marriage in Seattle!

The groom’s father teased Oana during his toast. She’s not country, but somehow the couple still planned a Craven Farm wedding — which is most certainly an elegant country wedding venue in Snohomish.

We had a blast taking Oana and Ruben’s Craven Farm wedding photos. The venue has tractors, jeeps and pick-up trucks. We skipped those! Instead, for their couples portraits, we found flattering natural light, rose bushes and a garden flooded with evening light. Oana looks stunning!
