Castaway Portland Wedding // Stephanie + Sean

Weddings

Stephanie and Sean’s wedding at Castaway Portland was memorable. Located by the Willamette River near the Pearl District, the venue, a 1929 warehouse, was restored in 2014. Originally a rope factory for Portland Street Cars, it now combines historical charm with modern style, ideal for urban weddings.

Upon arrival, guests encountered a unique guest book with polaroids and messages, setting a festive tone. Sean was elegant in his black suit, and Stephanie dazzled in a corset top gown from Shalom Design and Alter, both matching the venue’s chic style perfectly.

The reception started off with the couple sharing their first dance under gleaming disco balls that cast a flickering shimmer across the dance floor. Noteworthy DJs and Photobooth, award-winning entertainers, kept the energy high. They also had a fun-filled photo booth that captured fun memories throughout the night.

But the real showstopper was the massive ice luge, that had everyone taking wild shots. Even the bride and groom joined in on the icy fun. It was a wild ride for sure, and our Sound Originals team captured it all.

Big shout out to the incredible wedding vendors, all coordinated seamlessly by wedding planner Katie O. Invitations via Paperless Post set the tone for the event, while Hearth and Soul Pizza served up delicious catering. Crumbl Cookie provided the final sweet touch with a delectable dessert table that left guests craving for more.

Stephanie and Sean, as you embark on this incredible journey together, we’re sending you all the love and good vibes for a lifetime of happiness, adventure, and unforgettable moments. Scroll down to see all the crazy fun from this wedding bash at Castaway Portland.
