Cama Beach State Park Wedding // Heather + Sue

Weddings

Heather and Sue’s Cama Beach State Park wedding was a celebration of love and nature. The choice of venue couldn’t have been more perfect, as the couple shared a deep passion for camping and the great outdoors. The Cama Center, perched on a bluff with panoramic views of Saratoga Passage, Whidbey Island, and the Olympic Mountain Range, provided an ideal setting for both the ceremony and reception. The Great Hall exuded rustic charm and offered a sense of tranquility that resonated with the couple’s relaxed and intimate gathering.

Heather looked radiant in her silver flare dress adorned with delicate dusty pink flowers. The intricate silver beads added a touch of elegance and dimension to her ensemble. Sue, on the other hand, donned traditional Scottish wedding attire, proudly wearing a kilt that reflected her heritage. Capturing the essence of their special day was Sound Originals, our talented photography team. They skillfully captured stunning portraits of the couple against the backdrop of a breathtaking sunset.

Can we also take a moment to appreciate their lovely wedding cake? It was such a delightful reflection of Heather and Sue’s personalities and love for the outdoors. A two-tiered masterpiece adorned with trees and mountains, the cake’s crowning glory was a charming topper depicting two chairs encircling a bonfire. This whimsical detail perfectly encapsulated the essence of this fun-loving couple and their shared adventures. Have a look!

Heather and Sue’s wedding at Cama Beach State Park was a testament to their deep connection and their reverence for the natural world that brought them together. It was an unforgettable celebration filled with joy, beauty, and a touch of wilderness.
