Firstly, the Thornewood Castle venue is full of rich history! Specifically, this mansion is in the English Tudor & Gothic styles of architecture. Historically, the castle was built from the brick of a dismantled 15th-century home and was imported from England. Interestingly, the castle was for the film set of Rose Red, by Stephen King. In fact, the castle has been starring in movies since 1927!

You won’t believe how many rooms there are in Thornewood Castle! In total, there are fifty-four rooms. It is an even split with twenty-two rooms and twenty-two bathrooms. Additionally, when you book an overnight room directly through their website, a fifteen percent discount is applied to the total. In fact, Thornewood Castle boasts being, “The Most Romantic Stay in Washington State!”
As noted, breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, the full price list for rooms is located here. Predictably, the price varies between Monday-Thursday stays versus Friday-Sunday stays. These rates start at three hundred dollars per night and going up to five hundred dollars per night. As a bonus to the grounds of this estate, they offer guests use of a Movie room and Game room too!

One of the castles, located in Yakima, WA, is a private home! This castle has been passed down through the Congdon family through generations. Rumor has it that it even has an indoor pool!
