Lindsay and Robert’s intimate wedding took place at the charming Lodge Event Center in Fredericksburg, TX. Located in the heart of Wine Country, just a short drive from Austin and San Antonio, the event was beautifully documented by our talented Sound Originals photographers. They started the day capturing every intricate detail at the venue, from the guest book and table decor to the stunning three-tier cake crafted by Madison Cakes. The cake topper read “Our Adventure Continues” signifying the special vow renewal celebration that would take place.

The couple shared picturesque portraits with each other and their six children. Their outdoor ceremony, a heartwarming affair, featured a touching gesture. The couple’s two eldest boys walked each parent down the aisle. This symbolic act not only paid tribute to their parents’ love but also showcased the beautiful gifts of their enduring marriage—six loving and supportive children who have grown alongside their love. It was a poignant reminder of the profound legacy of love and family they’ve cultivated over the years.

After the beautiful ceremony, it was time to celebrate. Lindsay, Robert, and their children made an energetic entrance, followed by a delectable dinner catered by David’s Peach Pit. As guests reveled in the outdoor ambiance and danced to the tunes by musician Anthony, the couple shared special dances with each of their six children.

A breakup of the cost can be found here. Rental includes extended venue access, including Friday setup (3-8 p.m.), all-day Saturday (9 a.m. – midnight), and Sunday cleanup (9-11 a.m.). With several amenities, Lodge Event Center delivers premium inclusions.
A separate $1,000 refundable security deposit is required to secure the date, apart from the rental fee. Additional prerequisites encompass on-site security and $150 event liability insurance. The Lodge at Country Inn Cottages

Apart from hosting events, the Lodge also offers accommodation. On their booking site – Country Inn & Cottages – you can book one of two distinct experiences. The Inn, merely a mile from downtown Fredericksburg, offers budget-friendly rooms boasting 1 king or 2 queen beds. Meanwhile, the Cottages, nestled on a sprawling 200-acre ranch just 5 miles from town, feature 42 private cottages with 1-3 bedrooms each.
Ideal for events, the cottages can host up to 150 guests and come complete with hot tubs, a pool, BBQ pits, outdoor fireplaces, and a captivating backdrop of elk, whitetail, and axis deer. Country Inn & Cottages welcomes you for a memorable stay, with a 2-night minimum on weekends and a 3-night minimum on holiday weekends.
